These machine tools may face major repairs and upgrades or even functional scrapping or technical elimination in the next 5 to 10 years, thus forming a considerable scale of recyclable remanufacturing potential. resource.

CNC remanufacturing is promising.

The "work master machine" represented by CNC machine tools is the crystallization of digital control technology and precision manufacturing technology, and is a typical representative of advanced manufacturing equipment. In recent years, although the output of domestic high-precision machine tools, CNC machine tools and large-scale machine tools has grown rapidly, their share in machine tool products is still not high due to the too small base.

At the same time, the numerical control rate of my country's machine tools is still very low. According to the statistics provided by the China Machine Tool Association, from 2000 to 2006, my country's equipment manufacturers produced a total of 290,400 CNC equipment, about 30,000 were exported, and 260,400 were sold domestically; a total of 22,000 CNC equipment were imported. In 2007, there were more than 120,000 domestic CNC machine tools. In addition, during the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period, about 100,000 sets of CNC equipment were updated and renovated. In addition, there were about 90,000 sets of CNC equipment in my country before 2000. It is estimated that the current number of CNC equipment in my country is about 700,000.

At present, the overall numerical control rate of my country's machine tools is increasing year by year. According to statistics, my country's numerical control rate has increased from 3.2% in 1992 to 13.3% in 2005. However, compared with 60% to 70% of the output numerical control rate and 80% to 90% of the output value numerical control rate of Japan, the United States, Germany and other developed countries, the numerical control rate of my country's machine tool equipment is still too low.

Since the 1960s, a large number of large and heavy equipment have been imported and self-made for many major engineering projects in my country. The mechanical parts of these machine tools have been used and maintained for many years and have good stability. The numerical control transformation of the transformation of heavy and large machine tools saves more money, which is especially meaningful.

Since the reform and opening up, my country has imported a large number of CNC machine tools. At present, most of the machine tools have been used for 10 to 30 years, and their mechanical bodies and precision remain intact. The electrical parts such as the numerical control system are seriously aging and urgently need to be reformed.

And foreign spare parts have been discontinued, it is difficult to buy. If it is very expensive to transform all the CNC systems into new foreign systems, even if the transformation is done, because the foreign CNC systems are updated very quickly, it may not take 10 years to transform them after 10 years.

In addition, since the 1980s, my country has produced a large number of economical CNC machine tools controlled by stepping motors. Due to the low precision of the stepping system, lost steps, and unreliable systems, a large number of these machine tools are now lying in the nest and need to be reformed.

CNC remanufacturing of ordinary machine tools and aging CNC machine tools can not only achieve the same effect as purchasing new machine tools: improve the processing quality and productivity of parts, shorten the product manufacturing cycle, and improve the working environment; but also can reduce capital investment, and purchase Compared with the new machine tool, it can save more than 50% of the money. For example, the price of an economical CNC remanufactured machine tool is only 1/5~1/3 of that of a new CNC machine tool with the same function.
